Any guesses about what happened to these lugs on a UG Uni-Compax? Notice the irregular lines on the back side.

That's totally fine. It is not a fracture but due to the production process and appears on many cases.

Unfortunately not. My guess is, that the lugs are hollow and that the "fracture" is the fissure where the former plane material is welded together. But I am not a case maker...

This 'crease line' is seen on many vintage Longines' watches. It is apparently a result of a manufacturing process. It is discussed in this thread from a few years ago.

I’m not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I own two watches with the same issue, and the only thing they have in common is that they both have fixed spring bars.
