·I would personally snap it up at that price without hesitation.
I'm not sure that the seconds hand is correct. The shape doesn't look quite right and it is also a different gold colour to the other hands.

·Because it’s an important part of the original watch and should be preserved, no matter how much you may think it’s trashed, the next owner is unlikely to agree. Also the buckle is worth something !
