·Hi OF!
Selling my UG Railrouter Chronometre. Of course, UG fans know the history of this watch (i.e. issued to Canadian railway workers in the 1960s). I got this from one of OF's longstanding UG collectors / experts (and current member of the UG advisory board).
Overall, this is a cool UG in terms of history, scarcity, look, and wrist feel.
Here are more details:
Case: The 35mm case is in good condition; nice twisted lugs.
All original and signed crown and crystal.
Dial: Cool mix of red and black markers and hands, popping over the nice white, enamel dial. The dial has "spiderweb" lines, common with enamel dials. I quite like them as it gives the watch texture. Sadly, part of the dial has flaked off in between the 7 and 8 hour markers.
Movement; Cal 1205. Serial # 9230 (Chronometre number). The watch was serviced last August 2023, and works properly.
Asking for USD 3,100 (watch only, inclusive of Fedex international priority, buyer covers Paypal fees). Sending from Manila. Returns only possible if watch does not fit the description.
Here are my references (both as a buyer and seller):
