This watch is in excellent, original condition and makes for a fantastic starting point or addition to a Universal collection. The watch was purchased at an estate sale exactly as it appears, with the box, on a speidel stretch bracelet. Dial is a rich, even cream with a slight hint of even patina. Applied metal logo with non-lume dial, featuring long metal hour markers. This stainless steel watch is minimally polished - crisp lugs and the original serial number remains visible on the caseback, along with “Stainless steel, Swiss”. Caseback engraving has faded. Signed UG crown. There is a slight crack on the crystal, that’s not visible while looking at the watch on the side of the crystal at 4 o’clock. The watch runs and keeps time and features an all-time classic movement, the 28-jewel UG micro-rotor.
