Universal Genève Military 20725 - Legit, Franken or fake ?

I would need some help with this one. The dial and hands look legit to me but the case and in particular the case back and its engravings and references make me suspicious. Also I can’t find other examples of this reference, a part from a few listings around also dubious. What do you think?
