·It’s impossible to say those are the same hands, especially since the one photo of your watch is so blurry. It’s also unlikely that hands from relatively modern chronograph would fit on a time only caliber 263 from 1946 ?
the most you could say is perhaps the hands shape is similar, and it again proves how wrong it is to have modern shape hands on your vintage watch.
