The reference number is 21262. Can’t find another example of this reference ? Dial is a redial ?

Not sure what your question is here. The cal is a 262. Looking at the dial it looks like it's original. Judging by the hands it has been tampered with at some stage as that lume looks to have been removed as opposed to just having dropped off. If you're asking if the case is wrong, I can see other 262s online with similar but not the same lugs but the case appears to be.a good fit for the movement so I would suggest it's unlikely

When I google the reference not another one exists ? Nothing on Omega Forum with this reference either ? Cool case that is one of a kind at this point !

Three hand UG are not well documented. From what I have witnessed over the years they made a lot of them, they got used hard and did not carry the value of the famous chronographs, date or Polerouter. Put an interesting strap on it and enjoy. It’s got great character.
