I could be wrong but it looks like a redial with the sub dial numerals mashed together with the tachy and seconds track. I'd definitely ask the seller to clarify as he states its original.

Dial is ok but I think it’s a franken. Early dial in later case. Don’t have Sala handy though.

So the case does not match the dial but the serial number does? Could there be a reason for that?

Looked at it on my computer and checked Sala. I think its ok. Case condition is not great but its an old watch. Menta is a relatively high profile seller. I think price reflects conditions.

Yea ... Not to bad. Those lug cracks really spook me though.

Glad you guys are here to check my work. I'm still learning about UG. I always thought when sub-dials are mashed on top of minute/second tracks mashed on top of something else it was a sign of something fishy but also know UG had some varying QC throughout their manufacturing and fonts/dials/designs are not always consistent. Anyway- thanks for the quick response for the OP so he didn't take my word on it!

These dials are legit. My latest acquisition, in a rare coin case ....I was more concerned with the case being later.

Those "lug cracks" are normal and part of the case forming process, as far as I understand.

That would explain their uniformity.
