Universal Geneve Automatic Chronometre Microtor Identification

Hi,
I am being offered this 18k Universal Geneve Automatic Chronometre. I haven't been able to find detailed information on this model. Is anyone familiar? Does the dial look original without the accent on chronometre? The model on the back of the case is 10373 2. Really appreciate the help!

The dial is not original and redialed and the movement looks scarred up. Just take it all into consideration if you plan on purchasing.
