·Up for sale is a Universal Genève Polerouter 20357-2 in fabulous condition. The watch is as found from the original owners family and sat in the drawer for the last couple of years.
I find it rare to find a Polerouter like this these days as it is just like it left the factory. The case is sharp and IMO unpolished with all its distinctive lines still very sharp. Crown and crystal are UG signed and the engravings on the case back are as sharp as they could be on a vintage watch.
All lume plots on the dial are still present and have developed a lovely patina. The watch starts running immediately after the watch gets moved and it keeps decent time. However the service history is unknown to me and I would recommend to get it serviced if you want to wear it on a daily basis.
As a seller, one is always biased towards your own watch and so I am. Still, I try to be as objective as I can be and I find this example truely outstanding. There are not many in great condition around that still have all the original parts. This is one of the few as far as I can see.
