Any thoughts on this unique piece ? It will be sold by Phillips Auctions on November 8th in Geneva. Profits will be given for a charity organization https://www.instagram.com/p/B3FbkjIlCv9/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
Lapiz is a beautiful stone, so put it in a watch...that is breathtaking! If I could afford it, I would certainly bid on this piece! Thanks for sharing!
I like it, platinum and lapislázuli is awesome for an a386 model ... but something doesn’t make me run for it (in case I could). It is nice it is for a good cause.
I think it is awesome and when I first saw it I figured it would be a LE or just go into production, but a charity auction is a good cause. Obviously Rolex has made a few Lapis dials but it would cool to put together a list of other Lapis dials out there.
That must be one that takes on a whole different life as you rotate it in different kinds of light. I’m not a big fan of bold colorful watches, but that one is tastefully done with restraint and looks great to my eyes!
I always wanted an A384 style dial in a A386 case in a white metal...too bad this one is going to be out of my price range.
Well both of these other Phillips design look pretty damn good. Not sure how to purchase them but I definitely would. https://howtospendit.ft.com/watches...t-zenith-s-to-die-for-new-watch-collaboration
Interested to see what it raises. I help run a small parochial school benefit auction - maybe I need to auction off a watch?
