And here are 3 more pictures with the watch actually worn where you can see it’s not a completely white dial:

As you had suggested in a previous post, the dial does not appear as bright white as in the original images. That leads me to be much more open to the possibility that it is original, and if it is a redial, it was exceptionally well executed.

Of course a third possibility remains, namely that it is a genuine OMEGA replacement dial.

In any case, it is very attractive, so congratulations!

Thanks! I do find it very elegant and it goes well in my collection, as I wanted a vintage watch AND a small one. It checks both needs 😬

I have searched again and didn't find any match for your watch. Of course I only have a very small number of the references that existed in my catalogs. I have no doubt that the watch is original, although I can't find the ref for this model.

Not a CK 2008 unfortunately, as it’s 30,5mm vs. 28,5mm but the hands, font and staybrite stainless steel match! The caliber 23,4 would also be the same, according to Ranfft.
If you have in mind a smaller version of the CK 2008 we could have a winner! Thanks for your help we are getting closer!

But where do you guys find these old catalog pages?
OK, I understood my mistake!
It is a CK2008, but I posted the wrong picture showing this ref with 26.5SOB inside, which is 30.5mm wide.
The 23.4SC (identical to the 23.4 but with a central second hand caliber) is indeed 28.5 mm large. Here is the correct catalog extract :

Wow that’s amazing, thanks for your digging through these old catalogs!
Do you think they would have the 23.4 and 23.4 for sale at the same time and under the same reference?
I’m so glad I finally know what it is! Thank you again!

And just for the eye, 3 close-up pictures of the dial. These might a game changer concerning the redial or not:
