There’s that... and there’s the fact that the listing has a complete description including reference number, caliber, year of manufacture and first two digits of the serial number. The only thing left out was that’s an “Ed White”.

I'm guessing they used a template from a previous listing and forgot to proofread.

Is it though?

Good question. Given the state of the world, the general trustworthiness of the Internet, and the incredible number of reproduction and franken watches out there, I’m going with, “No.”

That and the fact that the model as listed in the title never came with an asymmetric case.

Further, on the right hand side of the listing, the model is given as 105.01.265. One typo, okay; two is just sloppiness.

I don’t seem to be tech-savvy enough to copy pictures from their website. Please enlighten me, and will do so for sure next time.

It wouldn’t let me do it- I think they have the images captured so you can’t just copy them, very much like eBay does. I usually just screen shot and edit out the superfluous surrounding like I do when I post eBay pics

But I do this on my phone which makes it pretty simple- may be much more cumbersome on a computer

It's a 105.012-65, and there is a typo regarding the reference in the heading. Otherwise, the sweep hand is wrong and the bezel is in poor condition, but the brown dial is quite appealing IMO. The lume is a little weird, but maybe it's ok.

I guess the watch is as discombobulated as the description... 26.XXX.XXX serial is 145.012. Not 105.012-65.
I will never buy a 105.012-65 with a wide-spaced T dial. Not original to that reference.
Crown is not from a Speedmaster. (Smaller and has 32 teeth).
Wrong Chrono hand for a 105.012 but doesn't really matter at this point...

On a computer the easiest ways I have found to access such photos are either to: (1) Right click and choose the copy image address (or similar option) and then paste the resulting url into a new browser window; or (2) right click on the image and choose "inspect element" or "view page source" (browsers vary) and then locate the image in the page's html. For most sites I find it is easy to locate the jpg. Sometimes if the site is a coding mess it can be more difficult.
