what exactly is fake? Everything?

Yes.

Not a UN movement; poor redial; presumably not a UN case, or the inside of the back would have been shown.

I thought that UN like a lot of makers sourced their chrono movements. This is why I don’t venture outside of my Zenith comfort zone

Those Venus movements were used a lot by Gallet, and by other manufacturers. But even if UN did use a base Venus in a small number of chronos, the finishing would have been much more fine.

I thought the Venus 140 movement had 17 jewels ....
OPs ‘Bay UN depicts 15. ???

I agree w TonyC ...UN movements are finished very nicely.

I've collected Ulysse Nardin for 30 years and I wouldn't be so bold to say it was a total fake on the evidence supplied.

I would say the watch is a real dog and I wouldn't buy it with your money.

Not all Ulysse Nardin movements are finished very nicely. I have around 45 Ulysse Nardin watches with various levels of finish.
Ulysse Nardin appear to have had 3 different levels of finishing during the 30s to the late 60s.

Ulysse Nardin generally used Valjoux 22 and 23 chronograph movements. The Va;joux 23s were finished considerably better than the Valjoux 22s.

There is a lot of fakery of vintage Ulysse Nardin watches, especially in South America.
