Any recommendations for shops in Hong Kong?

Buy a cleaner. They make them locally so it'll probably show up in the mail overnight. Warm water and a dash of liquid dish soap does marvelously.

Well, that only works if your certain the watch won’t ingest water...correct ?

You remove the strap before placing it in the cleaner.

I wouldn't put a watch head in a cleaner while assembled, diver or not.
