I am trying to find some information related to this beautiful gold plated UG :



Having this watch in my collection for a while already and looking for any related information you could share. Can upload other specific pictures if needed to better identify it.

It looks like it was made between 1952 and 1955. The dial is correct for the period, but I'd be a bit worried about the inking and font on the subdials. Looks like a nice crisp case tho'

If this is something you might be interested in, let me know - I'm going to put it on sale as I'm focusing my collection on Speedmasters.

Looks pretty okay, his sub dial is the telephony type compared to mine which is not....

Do you all think the lugs are like over-polished and hence lost its sharpness?

 

Polished??? A gold plated case?

 

kov brought this watch at our Lausanne gtg and I can guarantee that it hasn't been polished. On top of that, Kov is a top notch guy!!
