UG Tri-Compax Reference 122101

Hi all, new here. I came across the following Tri-Compax from what looks to be the 50’s and noted that it has a six digit reference number being 122101. Based on the research I have done and limited knowledge of my own, I am unable to find any information on this reference online or in any reference guide. If anyone has any information around this reference it would be greatly appreciated.
