Two years on OF and I finally learned crowns don't have feet.

I have been on OF for over two years and wondered about the term "flat foot crown." I assumed the base of the crown was called the foot, but wondered what a crown with non-flat feet would be. I finally had a eureka! moment when I saw a sales post from @JACK G stating that the watch had a crown with the original flat foot Omega logo.
