·Up for sale is a neat Tudor Sub in great shape with a cool military provenance.
Case: 7016/0 with 7528 case back, 624,xxx serial, I-68; polished in 1998 by Tudor (receipt), thick and even lugs, some chamfers slightly present, SPCG, original owners name engraved on case side.
Dial: small rose matte dial in excellent condition with full lume plots and mild custard patina
Movement: ETA 2483 running well, last known service in 1998 by Tudor.
Crystal/Hands/Crown/Bracelet: Crystal is service from 1998, hands are original, hour is missing two pieces of original lume (included in foam box for repair), crown is service replacement trip lock, bracelet is C+I with 12 links and minimal stretch.
Provenance: Came from the family of the original owner. "Moose" Kohl was a master diver and in the Harbor Clearance Unit One during Vietnam. He retired in the early 1970's a Lt. Commander. Based on his service history, the watch was most likely purchased later in his career. I have multiple digital images of him wearing the watch after his time in the service.
