Stumbled upon a Tudor prince on EBay and was wondering if I could get some advice.

The supposed serial number is from much earlier than stated and the inside case back says modal 7934.

Is it a redial as the lume plots look too perfect but the lume on the hands isn’t?
I thought the 7934 had the rose logo?
The text on the case back doesn’t seem crisp either?
The dial text for “PRINCE OYSTERDATE” seems to have a font that’s different in thickness for some characters?

This is at best a franken, right?

 

So I asked the seller two basic questions and they withdrew the item

Sorry, I can’t think without pictures. It doesn’t look salmon to me though. Here’s the listing pics.
I don’t know anything about those but it didn’t look like a redial to me.
