Hello!

2-3 years ago I bought a nice 7965. The movement is signed Tudor and plated in a golden/rose tone, like an Omega movement. I looked at the various 7965 shown on the Net ever since, all of them have white plated movements. Also, mine has a more modern balance wheel.

Is it a more modern Tudor movement (fully replaced during service), or was only the balance wheel replaced? Is the movement original to the watch ? I did not see much info on the net regarding those old Tudor references... At least, I think the caseback stamp matches the dial and s/n 317xxx, around 1959-1960.
