·OK so it's arrived a couple of minutes ago. I've done some research but I'm not an expert - so please let me know if there are any red flags.
The lume looks to have aged likely. The dial has bubbled up, as what seems to be common with this watch (as far as my limited research has revealed). Dial seems to have also turned blue. The bezel still has the lume pip, and has turned a lovely blue. Condition is "excellent", the case is beveled. Not razor sharp but still well-defined. Nothing to compare with so not sure if it's unpolished.
Caseback. 7206 bracelet with 80 end links which I think is period correct, based on limited info. Referenced with the "Collecting Rolex Submariner" book and the bracelet looks to be correct.
(bad pic sorry still sleepy)
The crown has no dot, which I believe is accurate for this watch
"69 1" on the clasp?
Not shown:
- case says 7016/0
- serial is 624xxx which suggests 1968-1969
