Trustworthy Place to Service a Vintage 806 Breitling Navitimer

any recommendations on where to service a vintage navitimer? As you might guess, I am mainly concerned about "accidentally" swapping parts and installing e.g a new dial or a set of superluminova hands. We all know the stories.
