What is the first 5 digits of serial if you dont mind me asking?

Will get it yout for sure, was planning on it...haven't opened it up yet.

Sucker is hard to photograph, but here are some shots from the ride into work. No filter and tried to get the WB correct. Bezel looks best when not in direct sunlight, and first pic is pretty true. Serial number is right in line.

The "we will see" is over...thank God...been in knots over this since Friday night.

Had a nightmare that a fellow forum member contacted the seller and did an end around to get the watch...no shit...really had that dream. Not healthy, not healthy at all...but luckily Speedmasters lengthen your life expectancy!

No, I wouldn't do that ;-) And it was already being shipped to you. I did go by Annabel's Attic yesterday afternoon to see if they have any more watches, which they do not. That was one they got out of an estate sale, and they only recently started up their ebay store. I was hoping they would have a whole tray of semi-interesting watches, but they had absolutely nothing even remotely decent.

It is a browning dial which at some angles but straight on is a more black dial I have one just like that

Ran the serial by @pitpro, and mine is 192 before his...how crazy, and he suggested that they probably came outo of the same parts bin!

So cool how these watches come full circle almost 50 years later.
