The watch is from 66, so the dial should have been gilt/gloss or meters first.
It is hard to say from the pics if it has been relumed, but it is not the original dial.

The watch is actually 1968 so the dial itself could be fine, it is just that lume that troubles me.

It's a tough call from the pictures but the texture of the lume (especially on the hands) does not look right. That coupled with the colour would be enough to put me off I think (the extreme colour may be ok without that texture but as a combination I would be worried). The dial is borderline whether it should be metres first or feet first (give the seller the benefit of the doubt here as there's no hard and fast rule on dates and s/nos) but the description states it's a serif dial which it isn't. Bear in mind that the originality of the dial dictates the value on these so you can draw your own conclusions if the end price was good value or not.
