Hello,

I am interested to hear what the forum thinks about the originality and condition of this watch, and what would be a reasonable price range in the current state.

From reading around, I believe the dial to be original but I have limited information on the watch as a whole.

Extra note, is has a personal engraving on the back side, I’m unsure if this makes a huge difference to the value.

Any help is appreciated.

Very hard to make a call on condition and value based on just these two pictures.

Dial is original. Wrong hour and minutes hands. I think wrong crown too, but I'm not 100% due to pictures

Thanks! I uploaded some more photos here, unfortunately you cannot see the head of the crown but it does seem like the slimmer original model rather than a chunky after market version, what do you think?

The watch functions are all working.

Would $4000USD be too much for a watch like this?

It's not a watch I'd pay $4000 for. The crown looks incorrect.

Condition condition condition

You'll only get or should pay top dollar for a top condition example, which this is not.


But dealers gotta eat and make boat payments.
