    looks like it matches the other hand design but what is the purpose of it? GMT or Calendar? but I see no indicators...

    Often referred to as "Neptune's Trident" in Omega literature.

    Mine is the sub-seconds version with cal R17.8, ca 1939, original black and rose gilt dial.

    I think it is legit. Dial could be in better shape, but these aren't seen too often.

    Trident is supposed to indicate that it was waterproof. That didn't work out too well.
