Tri Compax thoughts?

Hello, what do our resident experts think about this one? Been looking for one but hard to find one in good condition for a `reasonable`price. Seems that the crown is not original, hands are relumed, and the chrono does not reset back to 0. Does the dial look ok?

Need to see inside and outside case back. Crowns were not marked in the 40s. Watch needs servicing and dial looks like it has been cleaned.

Looks like the lug has been repaired. This seller website really sucks. So we have a repaired lug and a washed dial. Nope.
