has anyone ever heard about post-ranchero omegas?

it seems has ranchero hands but different dial...

Ask yourself why the hands would remain in such good condition, in stark contrast to the dial and markers.

My exact thought as well. I also find it strange how "SWISS MADE" was somehow also not changed by the vast amount of moisture that ravaged the dial. Excuse my language, just feel that this has jumped right over "patina" or "tropical" status and right into a the RIP area of condition. Also why is the 5 position marker cut but the 7 position marker remains uncut by the register? "Omega" looks to be onto of the dial's moisture damage as well. To answer the OP, I can't say that I've ever seen this hand variation but I also have very limited exp with this Ref. I'll leave that up to experts here on OF.
