Nicely done, congrats. Duty sucks. Had to pay nearly a thousand bucks duty on an 18k gold Omega (without a bracelet) that I imported from the EU.
It means "Treasure". It's a line of dress Omegas in gold, recently resurrected. AFAIK, no improvements to movements.
Tresor was a line that was marketed in Europe and South America. I have only seen true Tresor models in gold, but I don't have the lived experience of others here on OF. Here is an Italian ad I found from the early 1950s:
