Ok, the watch show is going on this week in the Mesquite Convention Center. Lot's of dealers set up. Horology material buying / selling / trading.
Need to be a member to get in Friday and open to the public Sat morning.
I'm heading up there Friday morning with some trade material and a few green coupons with dead president's pictures on the front.
See you there.

Tough room.
This will be a chance to buy / sell / trade with dealers and collectors across the US.
A horology swap meet with Patek to Timex and everything between.
Ah screw it. If you don't want to come, don't. More for me 😉

Doxa 1200T, Aquastar Benthos, and Bulova moon watch thingie.

That’s wild I wish it was a little closer, well at least closer than halfway across the country as you mentioned those prior and they sound of great interest to me. I like all those watches but the Doxa is especially cool I have really grown fond of them and would love to obtain one someday, Cool you were able to do that last thing I went to was a Beatle convention where I met Pete Best and Peter Asher it’s kinda fun when your in with a big group of people who share a common interest that scene has really been dead in this area for a while unless we want to count the succulent and cactus show/gathering I attended. I love cactus and go every year but I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to grow them. I’ll stick to watches.

A wrist shot while I was on my way home. Aquastar Benthos has been on my wish list for a long time. Aquastar rubber strap and buckle 😀

Stunning Benthos

I was going to comment on your first picture but I'm even more intrigued now.
I thought the strap was an Isofrane 52007. Don't see very many of them.
Could you please indulge me with pictures of the back of the strap (name , ref no etc) and of the buckle.
I've got an old Nemrod (Aquastar) Atoll that did have a rubber isofrane like this on it before the previous owner flipped the watch head and kept the, probably more valuable, strap. ☹

I'm hoping the new owners of the Isofrane name eventually remake this but new development seems glacially slow.
