路On second look, you may be right, but there鈥檚 another issue...
I think the dial may be slightly misaligned relative to the hands, and the tilt of the earth鈥檚 axis.
Can someone please straighten out the photo then throw a grid across the whole thing so we can see how many fifths of a second it鈥檚 off? 馃槜

It extrapolates the background from the foreground then paints in the areas that were eclipsed in the original shot. If you come across a 3d photo on Facebook, this is how all fake 3d photos work. It's trying to fake 3d by painting in a background that moves, if you move it a certain way then it "draws" in the missing data.
