Hi, I have a Tissot F1 Sensor from around 1980? which I believe has the same movement? as the omega of the time. unfortunately it is not working, does anyone have any experience with these or recommend an expert who may be able to fix / repair it. It is in reasonable condition and I have always liked these so would be nice if it actually worked.

Many Thanks

Hi, so the watch has a couple of issues,

The bleed to the screen, which although a shame. I can live with it (especially as replacement is not available).

The one that I would like resolved is that one of the battery terminals is broken, I can get a replacement but would not want to attempt to fit / solder it. Any recommendations on someone who could carry out the repair?

I am in the UK (SE London / north Kent)

Thanks
Lee

Nice job! Did simple disassembly/reassembly fix it or did you replace parts?

Needed a little work on the battery terminal but been wearing it for almost a week and it all seems fine. All functions working as they should. A pity about the bleed but it doesnt really bother me and in some respects is in the perfect place if there had to be one. Always liked these and although probably the wrong place to say it, I prefer the "look" of these over the Omega version.

Been wearing it for a few weeks now and all seems fine with it. It is a shame about the mark over the "alarm 2" but doesn't affect the way the watch functions so happy with result - has been back to Tissot for a check over, i got them to replace both terminals and they were happy with the watch.

These seem pretty rare these days, i suspect many were used to repair their Omega sibling, any idea of values on these? Not that i intend to sell it.
