I went to an estate sale over the weekend. The home was listed at 2.5 million. Everything in the home was extremely expensive. Anyway, I bought this Girard Perregaux timepiece and I wanted to know if I should get it serviced or if it is even worth servicing. Thanks.

You need four things: let a shop take a look at it, the watchmaker decides what is needed, the watchmaker quotes you a price, and time to decide if you want it done.

It's really going to be a personal decision based on whether you can tolerate the dial damage.
