Timegrapher slip at a service?

Hello gentlemen, just got my vintage speedy from official Omega repair center via Korean central Omega AD and they did not include any time related information - ie - how accurately the watch is running. When I asked - they were suprised - that I am a first one to ever request that. Is that normal?
When an online Chinese seller offers me his $500 watch he includes 10 pictures from timegrapher.
Any experience with this?
Thank you.
P.S. - my watch was very accurate already before servicing and I have 0 trust with Korean approach to repairs and tech after 15 years of various experiences..

Normal? I would say your request is not the norm, but nonetheless a good one.

I think if you’re an expert in something, you should be able to accommodate any level of information a customer requires.

I recently received a SMP300 back from an Omega service and this is the only performance data I had received.

-+4 after service? Shouldn’t it be better?
I’m not concerned. For the 1120 movement, it is within spec and on the wrist through daily wear, it performs better than the card suggests. Over the span of a week, I noted a total 4 second gain.
For the 1120 (and all other recent COSC watches from Omega), the tolerance for average daily rate, measured over 5 positions, is from -1 to +6 seconds per day. Note that how the watch runs on your wrist may vary slightly

That is exactly what I am used to get even for a cheap quartz watch (Victorinox for example)..
