He built a golf course and hotel about 5 miles north of where I live. I don't think anyone explained to him that he'd only bought the land the golf course was situated on, not the whole of of Scotland. He also spat out the dummy over plans for an offshore windfarm (maybe he thought he'd bought the North Sea as well )
