I did some online research, but it seems that Tiffany signed Omega only came after 1970s.

Engraving has T&Co in it as well … what do you suspect?

Given that a number of unusually dialled watches have appeared recently never say never with Omega - but I don’t recall ever seeing red writing on a vintage Omega watch before.
( and this is a US-origin watch )

When Omega did the stamping, I think their main go-to colour was red (not that it relates to this watch and a different shade of red, more vibrant)

I think it's a lot more likely that this watch is original vs. not being original, if you're in the business of faking stamps why choose this watch? Seemed unlikely to me

Maybe since Esso logo was red, they commissioned this as red as well - on the other hand, if someone was tasked to buy a 25 year gift for someone, would there really be enough time for such a commission I wonder

Apart from the N Korean watches (which we think were done outside of Omega) and the "Teddington' red star in Brazil, is there another red scripted vintage Omega?

I have an Arabic leader signature with the same stamp as the N Korean ones, to be honest green would've been 10x cooler, but Omega's default seems to be red

I am not expert so please take it with a pinch of salt. To me beefy lugs, numeral typeface, minute ticks position, clover crown and spearhead for some hour indices all tend to suggest a 50-ish watch. Which is not consistent with rounded S in “Seamaster”.
But it is not the first time I could be wrong. I simply don’t like the combination on the OP dial’s.

Refinished for sure imho. Sorry.
Care to share why? I too have never seen red Tiffany text but everything else looks 100% right. There are some very slight differences in the text but mine is a -1 iteration so maybe we shouldn't expect them to be identical. My caseback is smooth without the medallion for instance.

Look again, I don't think it does.

See below, this one is from around 1957:

No swiss made at bottom, but everying thing else on the dial looks factory. I'm not sure if that is definitive of originality with T&Co.

These companies would buy several watches at once for presentation later, so Tiffany could specify a custom colour I would think.

Thank you for sharing. Your 1957’s watch aged consistently both on slightly degraded dial and worn-out case.

I looked at that myself. Swiss Made is there on both but on both it is mostly hidden. It shows in the last picture of the first post. The point about case condition is fair, the dial in the OP watch is much nicer than you'd expect given the obvious case wear. 18K Gold is soft. I do object to 'worn out' though for mine lol

Sure.

Overall look, the interesting color and most important the font. Tiffany print from the 50’s look different. Dead give away is the &.

Fair enough but how do you explain the rest being basically perfect? I guess the red text could have been overprinted more recently but I'd suggest it is unlikely.

Sorry I should not use “worn-out” in regard of your case. I mean “dial aged consistently with case conditions”
