I got this today and many things about it are making me suspicious.

 

What is "Medico" about this watch?

 

Who did the dial, a drunk with a felt tip?

 

It's from Swaziland apparently, so maybe they have different standards

I thought the crystal was doing the drunken look

 

Every well-preserved looking 'Croton Aquamedico' I can find has fully lumed hands and figures (not dots), a red second hand, and dial markers at 1-second intervals. There seems to be very little of the original dial left.
