Thoughts on two 1956 Seamasters

Do the lovely people of this forum have any helpful, insightful thoughts that they would like to share regarding these two watches? What do people think about the condition of the watches, the prices they're going for, etc. I'm definitely looking to learn a little bit by soaking up some knowledge, and I'm maybe looking to buy. I love the 1956 Seamasters...Also if anyone has tips on how to go hunting for one, that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks!
