Did you just click the BIN on this one? Thought about it but the dial condition turned me off.

Seller backed out and has been reported to eBay for numerous policy violations.

    Oh well.

B.I.N. price and refunded my PP payment.

I had a nice chat with eBay Trust & Safety, this is a BIG no, no.

Similarly- on multiple occasions I had buyers deciding not to pay simply b/c they changed their mind after winning the auction. I can tell u eBAY does not give a S$%t.

I mean they will put a slight restriction on their selling or buying limits but they can't really do much more than that unfortunately. Can't force someone to buy or sell an item... one of the sucky parts of that site.

One? There are a lot of sucky things about eBay. If they list it, somebody buys it, pays them, then they should be obligated to ship it because it's supposed to be a contract agreement.

Yeah, it sucks, but you gotta move on, report them for nonperformance, leave them deserved negative feedback, next.

Been doing it way too long not to bump into an asshole every now and then.

Original listing had an opening price of $400 with a BIN of $700.

I hit the BIN and paid, seller refunded my payment.

Gotta say that I used to like the look of Rancheros, but eBay may have cured me of them.

Yeah, a link to their listing or eBay page would be cool. If we were mean and vindictive, we could flood them with questions...... but nobody here is like that, are we?
