PIcked up a 165.024-67 recently. Case has been polished in the past, original flat foot crown is in place. Chrono hands looks to have been replaced in the past (but long enough that the tritium has a yellow/orange patina.

Movement serial is in line with the reference/year.

The bezel seems off to me -- seller firmly believes it is original to the watch but combination of the "1" style and thickness of text doesn't seem to adhere to the 5 bezel types I'm familiar with...though numbers and markers briefly glow under light...appearing to be tritium.

Also the T SWISS MADE T is partially obscured by the rehaut.

That being said, I'm a newb on seamasters.

    Appreciate your thoughts, folks.

image.jpeg Are you certain you have a 165.024-67? Don't see a 165.024-67 reference listed in the chart. Can u post a pic of caseback.

Looks like your bezel is a "D" which is correct for a 165.024 CB. Nice watch!

I'm not sure which member pieced the charts together but they are my "go to" when looking at an 165/166.024.

I'll definitely hang on to them. Seems like a pretty honest example now that I'm not worried about the bezel.

Looks good. LA Watch Works can reshape that case for $300-350 if it bothers you.
