I like the honest description of the issues with this one with regards to the hands and the lume. How difficult would it be to remedy (i.e. sourcing correct hands and removing the lume)? Also, is it over priced? TIA http://ebay.eu/1BV2QM7
I'd say the watch is overpriced by between 3 and 4 times its actual value. The case and back have been polished and the only redeeming feature, the dial, has been sadly molested. I'd say it is not worth the bother of trying to fix unless the seller is prepared to vastly reduce their price I'm afraid.
It's over priced by at least $2,200, IMO. Hands shouldn't be a problem. Removing the lume is always a risk. The medallion on the back is rather worn. Time to move on to the next one. gatorcpa
