Hmmm...Maybe I should’ve posted this somewhere else/new thread?

Sorry didn't reply - Read your comment but forgot!
Looks fine to me and price is about right - full set and all in good condition (by the looks of things). Strap is unused which is a bonus... The one I bought was cheaper but is much older and has seen more use... But then I quite like that tbh. 😀

Edit: just noticed how low that sellers feedback score is...personally if I was buying from abroad and spending that much I'd want a bit more of a seller history than that. Could be paranoia but you'll find one at same price in UK soon enough with higher feedback if you wait a bit. Its a nice example though so could be worth a punt!

Hey, cheers for that and yeh I noticed the feedback thing too. Not in a massive rush and prepared to wait; a UK seller would be preferred indeed.

I agree love a bit of use on a watcj, but for once looking to get one where I put that use on it! The "youngest" I have is from 1981...

Thanks for the reply though!

Hopefully there'll be some at the event tonight for me to at least see "in the flesh" and size up which will either crush or encourage me!

I wouldn't completely write off that deal though if you decided you did want a FOIS... I've bought watches from all over Europe and a few from the states with only one issue and as that was an ebay deal I got my money back.

If it is as advertised then that's a pretty decent deal for a nearly new, hardly worn FOIS... Everyone has to start somewhere with ebay feedback and sometimes taking a gamble can pay off.

Just got to make sure you stick to all ebay rules, video the unpacking etc etc so you're covered. I always try and strike up an email conversation with the seller and try and get their 'vibe'.

Thanks OHS, yep not written off... yet... and it may sell before I make my mind up anyway. One thing I've learned with watches is that patience can pay off and considering this is likely to be one of the most expensive watches ive purchased want to be 100% before pulling any triggers!

Good to hear that at least one other thinks this a good example (as it should be for the price and age).

Good advice, I definitely need to read up said Ebay "rules"!

Just looked again and the email feedback is now 100% positive...😕
