Dear Respectable Members Would be most grateful if you could weigh in on this Omega Chronometre with Calibre 333, Case Reference 2493: http://www.ebay.it/itm/OMEGA-AUTOMA...53?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:IT:1123#ht_63wt_1234Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network 1. Firstly, is this a franken because the calibre 333 does not match the case ref? I say this because in the Omega database, it clearly shows that case ref 2493 houses a calibre 332, NOT a calibre 333. 2. Also, is the "333" supposed to be stamped on the barrel bridge as shown in the photo in the listing? Any pics would be much appreciated of a calibre 333 and case ref 2493. Many thanks!
Many thanks but can you please be specific re wrong parts? Do you mean the ratchet wheel should have a two-tone finish or that entire calibre is wrong for this case? Many thanks!
It's a shame, as that is one of my favorite dial styles: Tissot appropriated this for a modernized version not too long ago: Take care, gatorcpa
