Thoughts on Omega 2639

Hi!
I consider purchasing this Omega 2639 and would love to get some opinions on it. The dial looks almost perfect to me, anything that suggests it has had work done to it? Is the crown and buckle original to the watch? What would one be looking at paying for a piece like this?

What is the give away on the dial? To me, as a complete amatuer, the dial might look a bit lifeless and the M looks a bit crocked. Is it something along those lines that raises red flags or is it something else? Just trying to learn a bit 😀

Please provide a pic of the dial, straight shot, not from an angle and without the hands covering the writing. Also a picture of the back of the buckle please. Right now, I don't see why it should be either a redial or a fake buckle.
