    Dear Forum Members

Would be most grateful if you could share your thoughts on this eBay listing - an Omega Chronometre 30T2:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MEN-039-S-O...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Firstly, is the dial original? Do the cross-hairs look fine? Secondly, I see "18K" stamped on the case back - is this correct? And lastly, was this a good price?
    Many thanks!

Never seen the 18k on the back but looks like the proper shape of a 30T2rg case. Dial looks redone.

I'm pretty sure this is a redial. Fonts don't look correct to me. However, the case looks right. I see "OXG" on the movement, so this is a US market piece and an "18K" on the outside of the case is appropriate. Can't comment on the price.

    Hope this helps,

Looking at all of Ted's current and past watches.... I would be very leary of this one.
Dial most certainly is a redial and I can't see for nothing. Kudos to the 18k on the back. That is a new one.

I think it is a nice clean example - but I highly doubt the dial - seems to be a (well done) re-dial...

A superb movement, though. You might think that it would almost be worth the price on its own ::love::
