Found this 35mm from Dr Crott auction #93. Sales price EUR 4.800
This looks like ref. 5965, which is much more common in gold than 6474. Below is an example with an original dial. The example from Dr. Crott looks like a redial. Lot 161 might also be ref. 5965. Lot 162 looks like a bit like ref. 6595 and 6552. I have a vague recollection of seeing a similar watch before but I cannot remember where.

Definitely a 5965. I was told they were made in 14k for the U.S market. Here's my example.

Main differences between ref.6622 (showed above) and 6922 (see pictures below) are: color of the gold, bezel, dial diameter, pushers and crown...
