I want to grab this ASAP, what do the experts think? legit?

 

Not an expert... However, the description says it's only been worn a couple of times, but the condition says otherwise (big dings on one of the lugs, black lettering appears to be worn on caseback). If the seller is being less than upfront about these facts, what else are they not being upfront about?

If she is right about the case never having been opened then it can't have been purchased in 1969.
It looks like a much later model to me.

 

Not a 1969, more likely late seventies.

 

Don't buy it. It can't be a '69 with that case back. Nice box though.

Contact her on ebay, let her know it's not a '69, have a chat. If you're ok with a later model, that's not a bad price for full kit, assuming she just doesn't know and that the watch is ok.

Late 70's dial, box and papers, possibly one owner.

I can see why it sold.

Poor photos may hide a better watch, or a worse one....the buyer is a gambler.

I hope it's someone here.

I think this could turn out well.
