I don't see any bling in these shots - just incredible engraving work on the skeletonized movement. Breguet, JLC and others do this kind of work. It's very impressive, rare and expensive because it takes 100's of hours do do this work by hand.

I'm guessing this is another Armin Strom as many of the earlier Omega skeletons were.

Clearly, the work here is not subtle. It is ostentatious to the eye of many, and expensive. Hence the association with bling. Doesn't, however, take away from the immense skill and time it takes to render it. Or mine or anyone's appreciation of that fact.
