Cold and rainy, with the first snow of the season expected on Thursday. 3" - 5" total accumulation possible. Here's the summary from my PWS (Personal Weather Station) on my back deck:
Sunny and freezing (31F) this afternoon. Still relatively warm for us here in the Pacific Northwest in the US. Had to blow out my sprinklers at my warehouse today. The sun and shadows on the side of the building looked cool, so I took a picture.
Well, the good news from central New Jersey is, despite there still being some leaves on the trees, the leaf raking season is over....the bad news is the snow shoveling season has begun.....
Not so rough. I remember last year by this time we were at -5F and buried in snow. Crazy cold windy though, tingles the spine making you subconsciously utter obscenities like you won't believe.
